Interior Design and Sales Counsultant - Sydney and Melbourne

About the Business

Pure is a team of dedicated and passionate professionals who enjoy working with outstanding products in a state of the art showroom in Sydney and Melbourne (opening early 2020). This is a great opportunity to work with design industry leaders, inspirational projects and unique products.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare design presentations to clients
  • Undertake design projects from concept to completion
  • Consult with designers, architects and end-customers for design and sales briefs
  • Provide outstanding service and support to customers visiting Showroom

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Interior design qualifications
  • At least 3 years’ industry experience in interior design
  • Sales experience with a strong sales mindset
  • Proficiency in CAD
  • Strong communications skills and an ability to win with people
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Development of design presentations and mood boards to clients
  • Excellent presentation skills both visual and verbal
  • Strong design and documentation ability

Preferable Skills and Experience

  • An understanding of technical products such as kitchens and wardrobes
  • InDesign and Photoshop skills
  • Styling and Decorating skills

Architectural Draftsperson - Sydney and Melbourne

About the Business

Pure is a team of dedicated and passionate professionals who enjoy working with outstanding products in a state of the art showroom in Sydney and Melbourne (opening early 2020). This is a great opportunity to work with design industry leaders, inspirational projects and unique products.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce design drawings using CAD for: site plans, design solution sketches, sales plans, working drawings, variations, council plans and final construction drawings
  • work with Directors and staff to draft the design concepts that are developed for a project and sustain them through the project stages until the project is finalised
  • Ensure all legislative requirements are met such as Council/ Private Certifier
  • Exercise complete set of Architectural skill with diverse array of opportunities and challenges
  • Coordinate project in all stages from design development through to construction administration
  • Develop draft work align to sales strategies and approaches for various projects
  • Co-ordinate skills with the design & delivery team to improve processes and system.
  • Proactive approach on each project

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Formal qualifications in Architectural Drafting (Diploma or higher)
  • Must have 2+ years’ experience within a similar position with a proven understanding of AutoCAD/ArchiCAD
  • A good eye for room sizes, proportions as well as texture and materials
  • Strong communications skills and an ability to win with people
  • The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken

Preferable Skills and Experience

  • An appreciation for European Design
  • Experience working with a 3D CAD Platform
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
